Aber damit es nicht ganz so einfach wird,machen wir das ganze als Multiple Choice verfahren. Die Gruppe auf dem Bild..... a)...sind die Five Keys,die auf dem Bahnhof auf ihren Leadsänger RUDY WEST warten.(ca.1952) b)...ist das vierblättrige Kleeblatt von Rot Weiß Oberhausen c)...ist das USA,,Reise nach Jerusalem,,Nationalteam(die beiden Typen oben haben verloren,freuen sich aber trotzdem,da es nur beim Training war) d)...sind die Typen um die es in dem Song,,Theo,VIER fahrn nach Lodz,,geht. Freut mich, nach Jahren wieder von euch zu hören - ich war von 1983-1992 auf dem Gustav-Stresemann-Gymnasium in Bad Wildungen und habe euch gelegentlich auf den Schulbällen im Badehotel gehört. Mit einem von euch (Ralf zur Linde??) habe ich auch mal Aufnahmen in Reinhardshausen gemacht und vor Jahren mal einen Vibraphon-Track beigesteuert (war Vibraphon- und Klavierspieler in der Schüler-Big-Band am GSG). There's a photo of Nicky De Matteo, right, but this guy was not the NICKY on Nicky & the Nobles. Lead singer on this group was NICKY DELANO, together they recorded the great "School bells" for Gone Records. "Hit Parader Magazine" from July 1960 states that Nicky De Matteo was from Philadelphia and released records on labels like Decca, Paris, Ace, Tori... but far from what we like!!. I think that Michael David also told (in German) that the Crystals and the Metros are the same group (and they are not the group on your photo contest!!), I don't remember the names of the members now, I only remember Don Cruz which is a today member of the Solitaires. You can find lots of info and photos on this group on the internet (don't remember the page right now). Noch viel spass beim weiterraten :-)
